I am not a resident here but I can say those tenants are so lucky to be cared for by this amazing staff! I put in my application here and Dante has been more than helpful. He is so kind and patient. He is well organized and answers and all of my questions without making me feel like I am a bother. Also the grounds here are well kept and safe. I hope to be living here soon. We love it here. We just moved in and all of our neighbors are very welcoming. Dante went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. Got a nice view that even my dog loves

Great place to stay in Maui, Right across from Beach and Park. Great Beach for small Children and snorkeling and Turtle ð¢ Watching ð early of morning. â¡ also ð ð³ watch too.

We like it here Sunset Terrace , the apartment is very nice , good location. The leasing office staffs are very nice friendly , especially Dante , he is very sweet and kind !

I can't say enough good things about my rental experience at Sunset. Dante was our leasing agent and he ensured our onboarding process was smooth. I found him to be very professional, thorough and full of aloha! The unit itself is clean and well maintained, with smart upgrades such as the pergo floor. The amenities offered on the property also help make it a terrific place to live. And of course you can't beat the location! Across the street from the ocean and within walking distance of shops and eateries. Wonderful overall apartment complex!
