We had a good experience with sunset terrace. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The buildings have good walls which is good with kids or dogs. Everything went smooth and easy. Thx so much.

I will say that the staff here has definitely helped Me to make starting over after the fire, a smooth transition they�??re very open very understanding and all around great people not to mention the property is beautiful

We had a great experience at Sunset Terrace. The staff was very professional and timely anytime we needed anything. The management team is consistently on top of things. They showed warm compassion during the fallout from the Lahaina Fires and were a big help to keep the Honokowai community together. I would defiantly look into another place at Sunset Terrace should we find ourselves back on that side of town. If not for the fires, we would definitely still be there. Thank you to Jody, Evie, Taya, Ali and the rest of the ST staff.

Eliana, my leasing consultant, was thorough and answered questions informatively with detail. She even provided a time to assist me with the app that allows renters to use the new washer dryers. She allowed me to come in early to pick up my keys and checked to see if the cleaners were done so that I could move newly bought possessions out of my car and into the rental. I was grateful.

I had an overall good experience living at Sunset Terrace. It was my first solo place on island, and was pretty much exactly what I required. The staff is kind and helpful, and the property is well manicured and taken care of regularly. I lived in a partially renovated unit and it suited what I needed, and in the end worked out really well. The location is amazing across from the beach, coffee, and farmers market, close to everything like hotels and Napili, and a quiet area.

My spouse and I have lived at Sunset Terrace for over 7 years. The minute you walk in the Rental Office you feel like your home ! The maintenance department is on site. The pool, sun deck and hot tub are amazing ! Great place to chill out. We really found a “ home”” on Maui 🌈🌴!

It is a pretty decent complex, office manager and staff are awesome. My only complaint is the lighting in the stairwells, very unsafe at night, and the rain gutters SUCK, every time it rains I get my lanai filled up with water coming from behind my gutters, and I also get rain dripping down my screed door, which is about 5 feet from the front gutter, Which means you have a roof leak in the ceilings, besides that, it's great.

I am not a resident here but I can say those tenants are so lucky to be cared for by this amazing staff! I put in my application here and Dante has been more than helpful. He is so kind and patient. He is well organized and answers and all of my questions without making me feel like I am a bother. Also the grounds here are well kept and safe. I hope to be living here soon. I�??ve been a resident at Sunset Terrace for two years. It is one of the best managed places that I have rented. I think the manager Jody, is outstanding.

We love it here. We just moved in and all of our neighbors are very welcoming. Dante went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. Got a nice view that even my dog loves

Great place to stay in Maui, Right across from Beach and Park. Great Beach for small Children and snorkeling and Turtle �?�� Watching �??? early of morning. �?� also �?�? �?�� watch too.

I can't say enough good things about my rental experience at Sunset. Dante was our leasing agent and he ensured our onboarding process was smooth. I found him to be very professional, thorough and full of aloha! The unit itself is clean and well maintained, with smart upgrades such as the pergo floor. The amenities offered on the property also help make it a terrific place to live. And of course you can't beat the location! Across the street from the ocean and within walking distance of shops and eateries. Wonderful overall apartment complex!

We stayed at Sunset terrace for a 3 month lease. I found the office staff to be sweet and accommodating. Maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. And our overall experience was positive. The grounds were kept clean. Neighbors were (mostly) quiet at night. The pool area was clean and we used it frequently. My one �??complaint�?� is that the buildings are old and leaky combined with small/old AC units. We found it difficult and expensive to keep our apartment cool. Most of the tenants at Sunset terrace kept their windows open for a cross breeze and didn�??t seem bothered by the heat. We just like it a bit cooler indoors I guess. We got all but $180 of our deposit back. It was listed as an �??end of contract fee�?�. I felt it was a reasonable amount to receive back.

She followed up as needed, gave time and zero pressure and she provided clear accurate responses, and replied quickly even to the silliest of questions. She helped us find our next home and gets my five stars! We relocated from Denver, CO and took a big leap of faith to live in the Aloha state. Lahaina doesn�??t disappoint. The location of this place is dynamite. I think it�??s also wise to keep in mind that luxury can mean something a little different to every perspective. The property is great, the staff and maintenance crew are awesome, but it is apartment living in a dynamic housing market and so some of the tenants clearly don�??t respect the property as much as others. Which is fine, because the property team do a damn good job keeping things looking good. We�??re happy to be here and look forward to our new journey and would definitely recommend checking this place out. Mahalo!

Had issues with our previous property management back on the mainland. Decided to sell everything and move to Maui in less than 2 weeks. Danté made the transition and apartment finding fast and easy. I�??m happy to be where I am today and thankful for Danté and the Sunset Terrace�??s crew.

We had less than one week to move when we called Sunset Terrace. Danté sent us tons of pictures and videos which made our decision a real easy one. I moved last minute with a week's notice and Dante helped me with all the logistics from making sure my furniture was moved into the apartment before arriving, internet set-up, and the apartment was turned over from the previous tenant in such a short time. Highly recommend working with Dante for all your needs at Sunset Terrace!

I have lived here for over a decade and have enjoyed every day here at Sunset Terrace! The staff is amazing! Bobbie the Office manager is just the BEST! They have over the years become more than landlords and office people, they have become family! Yes, Maui can be expensive but this place is worth every penny! The whole office staff, Bobbie, Jodie and Dante are always there to lend a hand or answer a question. I cant imagine ever wanting to leave this place! Like I said in the title, Its much more than an apartment is a home that comes with family!

My husband and I moved in a hurry; had pets, and no transportation. Besides our pets, our primary concern was management. All those worries went out the window when we found Sunset Terrace. The Office. Our first contact was Dante. He was so kind, patient, and reassuring with us over the phone, we decided Sunset Terrace was probably the place for us and our pets. Upon meeting Bobby and Jody, we knew we had made the right decision. Since the moment we moved and currently, they have done nothing but be exceptionally kind, helpful, understanding, and generous to us. Bobby is especially easy to talk to - she�??s warm and inviting. If you have a concern, she is receptive - usually more so than one would expect. Concerns. I have no problem going to the office for anything. If something goes wrong in our apartment, (which has been very rare), the problem is solved as fast as it is mentioned, from blinds to appliances. If a bug problem arises, maintenance takes care of it for everyone simultaneously before you have a chance to complain. �??Location, location, location.�?� Sunset Terrace is DIRECTLY across the street from the beach park and public transportation, which was perfect for us, as we had no car at the time. Furthermore, there are tons of restaurants, shops and dining or take-out within walking distance, including the Farmer�??s Market. Amenities. If the beach is not enough - Sunset Terrace has a huge pool and spa to enjoy! Other amenities include on-site laundry, and parking access for both residents and visitors. Pets. They are allowed! Enough said. We have made a home for ourselves at Sunset Terrace. We can�??t say enough good things about it. If there is anything negative to be said at all, it�??s simply that people get parking spots confused sometimes. :) If you�??re looking for a place, start with Sunset Terrace; you won�??t be disappointed.
