Sunset Terrace Apartments never cease to amaze me. When my garbage disposal stopped working and started leaking, I promptly informed the management about the issue. To my surprise, when I returned home from running errands, I found a note from maintenance indicating they had replaced the garbage disposal with a brand new one! This quick response shows that Sunset Terrace Apartments truly cares about tenants.

I'm extremely satisfied with the results of my recent service. Technician Steven did an excellent job replacing my ceiling fan after thoroughly assessing the issue. He worked with great care and efficiency. I would rate him 5 stars for his outstanding service, and I also want to commend the Sunset Terrace management team for their prompt action, earning them another 5 stars!

The leasing agent Ms. Allen was immensely helpful to me in dealing with various government agencies helping me to move in. She definitely went above and beyond in her assistance.
