We had a great experience at Sunset Terrace. The staff was very professional and timely anytime we needed anything. The management team is consistently on top of things. They showed warm compassion during the fallout from the Lahaina Fires and were a big help to keep the Honokowai community together. I would defiantly look into another place at Sunset Terrace should we find ourselves back on that side of town. If not for the fires, we would definitely still be there. Thank you to Jody, Evie, Taya, Ali and the rest of the ST staff.

Jody was so gracious to listen to my story and help me sort out the resources available to me so that I could be confident about living here for at least one year after the Lahaina fire. ð¥ð¤âï¸

Problem was resolved! The maintenance person installed a new disposal which resolved the water leak immediately. I am very impressed with the staff and their attention to clients concerns. I am fortunate to be living here while I await the rebuild of my condominium on Front Street due sometime late 2027.

Eliana, my leasing consultant, was thorough and answered questions informatively with detail. She even provided a time to assist me with the app that allows renters to use the new washer dryers. She allowed me to come in early to pick up my keys and checked to see if the cleaners were done so that I could move newly bought possessions out of my car and into the rental. I was grateful.

I had an overall good experience living at Sunset Terrace. It was my first solo place on island, and was pretty much exactly what I required. The staff is kind and helpful, and the property is well manicured and taken care of regularly. I lived in a partially renovated unit and it suited what I needed, and in the end worked out really well. The location is amazing across from the beach, coffee, and farmers market, close to everything like hotels and Napili, and a quiet area.
