We had a good experience with sunset terrace. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The buildings have good walls which is good with kids or dogs. Everything went smooth and easy. Thx so much.

This place is a joke and a rip off, first of all, there is nothing luxury about this place. The apartment is old. The appliances are all out of date. The place is infested with roaches and they barely exterminate no matter how much you complain. If you lose your key instead of letting you in your place they make you call a freaking locksmith to open your door thatâs more money spent and then still charge you for the keys. And then they charge you per hour if you donât Mr Clean the apartment yourself, like itâs not a custom for them to bring in a cleaning crew anyway so why charge me, Donât waste your money, they offer no amenities at all, this place is a freaking joke.

I will say that the staff here has definitely helped Me to make starting over after the fire, a smooth transition theyâre very open very understanding and all around great people not to mention the property is beautiful
