Just the facts: saw an apartment for an advertised price on Monday, was told to apply online : after being approved the next day , Tuesday, was sent the move in costs with an new, upped price for the apartment , and when I asked for them to put the correct amount for the apartment , the one we were shown and advertised one whole day prior, was told no, and donât forget about maybe they think you will move forward since youâve just paid 60$ to apply online. But anyways, no thanks for a company who apparently wants to squeeze pennies from tenants and treat you unethically before you even sign a lease. Thanks but no thanks. Interesting that lots of the five star reviews on here are from google accounts who have only one review in their history ( red flag). I usually donât look at Yelp but my experience aligns with what is said on Yelp about this place. Summary vibe: this place will take advantage of you when they have leverage, and they have lots of leverage right now because the Maui rental market is tough.
