I am not a resident here but I can say those tenants are so lucky to be cared for by this amazing staff! I put in my application here and Dante has been more than helpful. He is so kind and patient. He is well organized and answers and all of my questions without making me feel like I am a bother. Also the grounds here are well kept and safe. I hope to be living here soon. Sunset Terrace is a rare gem! Thanks Dante

We have lived here at Sunset Terrace going on 7 years. It truely feels like home and Jodie and Dante have a lot to do with it. They are very accommodating and welcoming and they follow through with any and all concerns regarding our unit. The maintenance department is awesome without a doubt. Every time we have a issue, I think three in seven years, it was delt with in a timely and professional manner. Justin, Dave, Tom....all have been fantastic! And they NEVER leave a mess. Love the pool, hot tub, brand new laundry facility, security around the clock. Assigned parking space, pet friendly...too many amenities to mention. If you want to live at a fantastic property...THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!!!!! Come join us...live the dream! Aloha

We love it here. We just moved in and all of our neighbors are very welcoming. Dante went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. Got a nice view that even my dog loves

Great place to stay in Maui, Right across from Beach and Park. Great Beach for small Children and snorkeling and Turtle ð¢ Watching ð early of morning. â¡ also ð ð³ watch too.

We like it here Sunset Terrace , the apartment is very nice , good location. The leasing office staffs are very nice friendly , especially Dante , he is very sweet and kind !
