Never lived here myself although I have had many family members, and close friends, rent from here. Personally as a former painter who worked on complexes I would have been fired if I left a single unit in the condition that I have seen my friends and family move into. Now I've lived in fixer uppers on occasion because they're usually cheap or at the very least affordable. That is NOT the case here. I have watched the prices get higher as the buildings themselves deteriorate. In fact the management team has used a considerable amount of space that should have been used for parking, to make themselves a new office. Not to mention every bad review on here has been responded to with LITERAL gaslighting, instead of taking responsibility and addressing the issues. Every negative review on here I believe since I have heard similar stories from many others. Also if you have a wheelchair don't expect any handicap accessibility. Or even a handicap parking space as there is only one and there is always a car parked in it(without a handicap placard or plate) and nothing is ever done about that. Yet when there's no parking, and a security guard tells you it's okay to park along the back, you'll get a sticker on your window threatening to be towed. God forbid you try to feed the poor cats that have been abandoned here, might get a restraining order!! The previous reviews about 0 aloha are perfectly justified. Do better.
