Eliana, my leasing consultant, was thorough and answered questions informatively with detail. She even provided a time to assist me with the app that allows renters to use the new washer dryers. She allowed me to come in early to pick up my keys and checked to see if the cleaners were done so that I could move newly bought possessions out of my car and into the rental. I was grateful.

Place is a great way to introduce yourself to Maui living. Staff is very kind above and beyond, and super helpful, Neighbors were quiet and respectful. Only negative is that my door lock and key would have trouble and sometimes it would take me a little longer to open or close my front door.

I had an overall good experience living at Sunset Terrace. It was my first solo place on island, and was pretty much exactly what I required. The staff is kind and helpful, and the property is well manicured and taken care of regularly. I lived in a partially renovated unit and it suited what I needed, and in the end worked out really well. The location is amazing across from the beach, coffee, and farmers market, close to everything like hotels and Napili, and a quiet area.

I rented her for a little. They are WAY OVERPRICED and the facilities are RUNDOWN and NASTY. Not to mention management is just AWFUL. God forbid there be a pandemic or a devastating wild fire. They will not work with you if you find yourself in hard times that were out of your control. Theyâre GREEDY!
